CEEC Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2017

Dear CEEC valued Members,

We are pleased to invite you to the 2017 Annual General Meeting of CEEC, which will be held at 10AM to 12PM Saturday, 25 February 2017 @EuroCham VC Meeting Room.

Attendees: All CEEC members are hereby cordially invited. We count on your support to have a successful election of the 2017 Board.

Voters: CEEC member who is holding a voting right (One per Ordinary Corporate Member, One per Ordinary Individual Member) or a proxy.

PROXY

Any voting member, who is unable to attend the AGM in person, may appoint another member to act on his/her behalf by proxy. All proxies must be made in writing on this Proxy form and must be signed by the Company Representative of the Corporate Member or by the Individual making the appointment.

*Please note:

• Ordinary Individual and only one representative from each Ordinary Corporate Member are eligible to be appointed as proxies.
• Proxies made by any Member who physically attends the AGM will be cancelled by the presence of that Member.
• All proxies should be submitted to CEEC office by hand or email (with signature) by 24 February 2017. Any proxies not submitted by this time may be rejected.
