CEEC AGM 2021

Dear CEEC Members,

Please be kindly invited to the CEEC Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2021 that will be held on Thursday, 18 March 2021 from 6pm-8pm.

Venue: EuroCham Video Conference Room

o    Hanoi (Unit 08, 3B Floor, Horison Tower 40 Cat Linh, Dong Da District)

o    Ho Chi Minh (5th Floor, the Deutsches Haus, 33 Le Duan Blvd, District 1 – new office of EuroCham)

If you are unable to join AGM, please assign another member as a proxy to vote on your behalf.

In order to propose your candidature as Executive Committee member, please fill in the nomination form and send back to us by March 12.

Note: Membership payment has to be settled by March 11^th 5pm in order to ensure voting rights for the AGM.
