CEEC Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2019

Dear CEEC valued Members,

We are pleased to invite you to the CEEC AGM 2019, which will be held from 10AM to 12PM Saturday, 02 March 2019 at EuroCham VC Meeting Room.

• Ho Chi Minh: Floor 15, the Landmark, 5B Ton Duc Thang, District 1

• All CEEC members are hereby cordially invited. We count on your support to have a successful election of the 2019 Board.

NOMINATION 

The nomination to CEEC Executive Committee Board 2019 is now open. If you are interested in the position, please download NOMINATION FORM here, and contact us at office@ceecvn.org. The Nomination form should be sent to us before 24 February 2019.

PROXY

Any voting member, who is unable to attend the AGM in person, may appoint another member to act on his/her behalf by proxy. The proxy form can be download here: PROXY FORM. All proxies must be signed by the Company Representative of the Corporate Member or by the Individual making the appointment.

*Please note:

• Ordinary Individual and only one representative from each Ordinary Corporate Member are eligible to be appointed as proxies.
• Proxies made by any Member who physically attends the AGM will be cancelled by the presence of that Member.
• All proxies should be submitted to CEEC office by hand or email (with signature) by 26 February 2019. Any proxies not submitted by this time may be rejected.
