Family Ekiden by MB Ageas Life – The first meaningful relay for family in Vietnam

This is the first family ekiden in Vietnam, special organised for family.  With the aim to encourage kids & their parents together experience good exercise time & donate for unlucky kids.

The raised fund from family ekiden will be used to build boarding room for pupils at Minh Tiên Elementary & Secondary School, Minh Tien Commune, Luc Yen District, Yen Bai Province. Minh Tien is an extremely poor commune located in the discharge area of Thac Ba Hydropower.

Date: August 12, 2018
Location: Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi

Each team includes 4 members will take turn to run:

+ Leg 1: Mentor* – 2 laps around Hoan Kiem lake (3.4km) – could either be a family member or not.
+ Leg 2: Mother – 1 laps around Hoan Kiem lake (1.7km) – receives tasuki and run right after the mentor
+ Leg 3: Kid – 1 lap around Hoan Kiem lake (1.7km) – kid will run after receiving tasuki from mom. Dad can run along w/ kid if needed.
+ Leg 4: Father – 2 laps around Hoan Kiem lake (3.4km) – conclude the whole family relay and finish at the finish line.

* Organizer can help recruit Mentor (free)

Registration fee:
+ 600.000vnd for family register from July 23 on.
+ Registration fee will be used for charity purpose.
