On that occasion, the Conference On Investment Promotion into Ho Chi Minh City 2019, will take place in April.

- Room 1 (Lotus Ballroom): Projects calling for investment in fields of healthcare, education, agriculture, culture-tourism, commerce, service and others – Hosted by Standing Vice Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Le Thanh Liem; joined by Departments and relevant units
- Room 2 (Sun Flower Ballroom): Projects calling for investment in fields of infrastructure, urban transportation – Hosted by Vice Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Tran Vinh Tuyen; joined by Departments and relevant units
