Join our 12th edition of Share & (L)Earn: “Train and treat them well”.

This time we will talk about employees’ motivations and planning their career path by employers.

How to determine skills and interests, set career goals and put actions in place to help the company to build well-trained, loyal and engaged team.

How to motivate the employees so they want to stay with the company long-term.

Based on survey conducted by CEEC in partnership with AIESEC and own experience in HR industry, experts from Adecco will share with us what motivates young and talented staff nowadays.

The panel discussion with participation of representatives of the labour force (AIESEC) and representative of industry expert (Adecco) will follow the presentation.

Speaker profile: Ms. Thanh Le, the Director of HCMC office at Adecco Vietnam

Thanh joined Adecco Vietnam in Mar 2017 as Recruitment Business Director, overseeing the entire Permanent Recruitment & General Staffing businesses. With more than 9 years of experience in recruitment business, she has a strong commercial mind and talent to recruit the right candidates that help drive our clients’ success. She is currently managing a team of 25 + members, with 6 specialized functions including Industrial, HR/Legal/ITT/Media, Financial Services/Real Estate/Finance & Accounting/Professional Services, Healthcare, FMCG and General Staffing.
Prior to joining Adecco Vietnam, she managed the Accounting & finance, HR and IT teams at another leading international recruitment firm, producing excellent recruitment performance at the C-suite and senior levels. She also gained experience managing the entire operations of a UK retainer recruitment firm for 4 years.
