Speakers’ bio:
Liviu Petrina
Liviu has qualified to practice in both civil law and common law jurisdictions, as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (since 2007) and as a Member of the Bucharest Bar and the Romanian National Union of Bars (since 2002) as well as within European Union. Since 2013, Liviu works as a Group Senior Advisor with Eurasia Advisory Group, a Singapore based business advisory company providing strategic support to European clients in developing business in the South-Asia region, and, on the other hand, facilitating access to Asian clients to various European market opportunities, while continues to keep a strong interest in finance, investment and international arbitration. He has also managed various projects to facilitate access of the European manufacturers or other companies on Singapore market or the region by promoting and negotiation distribution or other agreements for them.
Matthew Lourey
Matthew is a qualified accountant who has resided in Vietnam for more than 15 years. Matthew leads Domicile Corporate Services, which provides market entry, corporate advisory, compliance and tax advisory to foreign investors in Vietnam. He has extensive experience working in Australia for Big 4 accounting firms and investment funds, and since Matthew relocated to Vietnam, he has spent much of his time advising foreign investors on successfully undertaking business in Vietnam, corporate investment transactions, market entry and corporate finance.
