How to become a member

Applicants must provide a completed membership application form (download the application from the bottom of the page) together with a copy of the business license of the company (the latest scanned version) and short information on relation to CEE.

To complete membership form, applicants need to choose the membership category, which are divided as follow:

Corporate members – Large Enterprises (LE)*

  1. Companies established under EU laws, or:
  2. Majority owned subsidiaries of such companies, or:
  3. Companies with ties to the EU

Companies from Central and Eastern European region, with more than 500 employees in Vietnam/or which are publicly listed anywhere in the world or have more than 1000 employees globally or operations in more than 05 countries.***

Corporate members – Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME)*

  1. Companies established under EU laws, or:
  2. Majority owned subsidiaries of such companies, or:
  3. Companies with ties to the EU

Companies from Central and Eastern European region, with less than 500 employees in Vietnam or/and which are not publicly listed anywhere in the world.**

Individual Members*

CEEC-EuroCham Member

5 000 000 216 $ 192 €

* Only one individual or nominated representative of corporate member is entitled to voting rights
**Corporate Members are entitled to nominate 2 Representatives who will receive membership Cards
*** Corporate members are entitled to nominate 4 representatives who will receive Membership Cards

 

The received application will be discussed by the Executive Committee Members at its next regular session and you will be notified about your membership as soon as possible.

 

Please, also check our policy on membership fees below:

  • Joining before Eurocham AGM or CEEC AGM (whichever comes later), full year fee payment applies. Membership expires end of the year.
  • Joining after Eurocham AGM or CEEC AGM (whichever comes later), prior to 1 September of the year: fee payment for the months left (prorate basis) applies. Membership expires end of the year.
  • Joining after 1 September: fee payment for the rest of the year (prorate basis) AND full next year applies. Membership expires end of the next year.
