In 2021, the CPI of Vietnam increased 1.84 %, which is considered relatively lower than the previous years, especially the period 2016 to 2020 when the average CPI growth is 3.15%.
Some of the significant hikes in prices in 2021 are listed as Petroleum (31.74%), Gas (25.89%), Building materials (7,03%), Rice (5,79%), and Education (1,87%).
