CEEC Extra-Ordinary General Meeting and Annual General Meeting

Dear CEEC Members,

 As a member of the Chamber, you are invited to “CEEC’s Extra-ordinary Annual Meeting (EGM) and Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2016”, which will take place on Saturday, March 05th 2016.

Time: 10:30 – 12:00

Venue: EuroCham Video Conference Room:

·         Hanoi (Ground Floor Sofitel Plaza, 1 Thanh Nien, Hoan Kiem District)

·         Ho Chi Minh (16th Floor, 5b Ton Duc Thang, District 1, Ho Chi Minh)

In the Extra-Ordinary Meeting, we will present, discuss and vote on the changes in CEEC’s Statutes 2015. Please, kindly refer to attachment below to find both existing and amended Statutes with suggested changes in yellow highlight for your reference.

In the Annual General Meeting, CEEC Executive Committee will present our 2015 finance, activities, achievements and 2016 outlook. There will also be an election of CEEC Executive Committee Members 2016. If you would like to nominate yourself to be one of the Executive Committee Members 2016, please, kindly let us know by contacting us via office@ceecvn.org or your Executive Committee contact points.

Also, kindly confirm your participation in CEEC EGM/AGM meeting and in case you are not able to attend on the pre-determined date, please, do not forget to give proxy to another CEEC member who is attending to guarantee the meeting’s quorum. Proxy form can be found in attachment below.
